This laptop has some issues. The trackpad does not work. There is a 2 TB SSD installed, but it does not work. The laptop will not charge due to damage to the charger port. There are small amounts of damage to the frame and keyboard, and more damage to the back of the laptop (only a few cracks). Other than that, it works great.
