No One Wants to Buy Diddy’s Mansion

Does anyone have $61.5 million lying around? There’s a two-story, 17,000-square-foot mansion in Holmby Hills on the market. It has a wine cellar, state-of-the-art theater, basketball court, and pool with a waterfall. Apparently, there’s no competition for it, so you could definitely negotiate down. The only catch? Its owner is Diddy.

The 55-year-old producer listed his estate for sale in early September, just before he was taken into custody on charges of racketeering, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution. FBI and Department of Homeland Security agents raided the compound in March and found supplies for his infamous “Freak Offs,” including drugs and over a thousand bottles of baby oil and lube. Buyers are understandably spooked. A source told People that after 60 days on the market, no one has made an offer for the estate. “It’s clear that the criminal allegations have impacted buyer interest,” the source says. They hope to find someone who can see “beyond the headlines.”

Combs also has a $48 million mansion in Miami that he attempted to use as security for his $50 million bail, which failed. He’s currently being held at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn while he awaits trial next May.
